Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods & Transaction Currency

All orders placed through zavmeko.com are processed in Euros (EUR). We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device, browser, card issuer, or payment provider.

2. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments made through zavmeko.com are processed securely by third-party payment service providers, including Stripe and PayPal. These providers are responsible for securely authorizing and processing eligible transactions according to their own technical, security, and compliance requirements. ZAVMEKO, LLC does not directly process complete card credentials through its own systems.

3. Payment Information & Data Security

We do not store customers' full payment card numbers, card verification values (CVV/CVC), payment account passwords, or other complete payment credentials on our website or servers. Sensitive payment information is transmitted directly to the applicable payment provider for secure processing.

To help protect payment transactions, our website uses HTTPS encryption and SSL/TLS security technology to protect data transmitted between your browser and our website. Our payment providers may also use technologies and security measures such as tokenization, encryption, fraud monitoring, PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, and 3D Secure authentication where supported or required. These measures are designed to reduce unauthorized access, payment fraud, and improper disclosure of sensitive payment information.

4. Payment Authorization, Failed Payments & Verification

An order is considered successfully paid only after the applicable payment provider confirms authorization of the transaction. Payments may be declined, delayed, or require additional verification due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, card restrictions, security checks, suspected fraud, technical issues, or restrictions imposed by your bank or payment provider.

If a payment fails, please verify your payment details and try again or use another available payment method. In some cases, your bank or payment provider may temporarily show a pending authorization even when an order has not been successfully completed. The release time for such authorizations is determined by the applicable financial institution.

5. Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was charged incorrectly, duplicated, or made without your authorization, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback whenever reasonably possible. We will review the relevant order and transaction information and work with the applicable payment provider to assist in resolving the issue.

Chargebacks and payment disputes are also subject to the rules and procedures of your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other applicable payment provider. We may provide order, payment, shipping, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider when reasonably necessary to respond to a dispute.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund has been approved, we generally process it within 7 business days. After the refund is submitted, additional time may be required for your bank, card issuer, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment provider to post the funds to your account.

Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and payment provider. We are unable to redirect an approved refund to a different card, bank account, wallet, or payment method. Any applicable refund eligibility requirements are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
